Some words on the country and the Committee:
The Peruvian Committee on Large Dams, (COPEGP), was created on 1955, as a reply to the needs of development for hydraulic projects and dams in Perú.
On 1965, COPEGP was recognized as a member of ICOLD.
COPEGP is a Peruvian Independent Institution, that is able to affiliate all the persons and Institutions interested with the subject.
